About the application form
With this application form, you can request authorisation to use audiovisual material of an organisation. It is important that you check all of the information in this form, and that you fill them in truthfully. That way, the organisation that manages your application can process - and potentially approve - your request more easily. You can track the status of your application on this platform.

About meemoo and the platform

You understand and acknowledge that:

your application only applies to the use described in the application form. If you plan to use the material for anything else, you will have to make a new application;
the meemoo-platform will allow you to consult material in order to make an informed decision before making a request. No rights are given to you or your organisation based on this functionality or based on the making of a request for material. You and your organisation will refrain from using the material in any other way until you have received the approval of the organisation that manages it, and until you have paid the compensation required (if any). Any other use is at your own risk;
meemoo is only an intermediary and facilitator in the communication between you and the organisation that manages the requested material. Meemoo cannot approve applications for audiovisual material.
